I saw the ironman triathalon once were the leader was a mile from the finish, became completely dis-oriented and ended up barely completing the race as he sat down looking dazed and totally &quot;Alzheimered&quot;.

not only is it physical, its tremendously mental (of course, thats not based on my experience - I&#039;m too physically unfit to know). But kudos to you!</description>

		<description>The marathon more than anything is a test of wills. If you can suffer through and survive a 7 hour tour of hell than you can do pretty much anything. Nicely done.</description>
